Installation specifications for detectors

1.For physical examination detectors that detect combustible gases with a specific gravity greater than air, their installation height should be 0.3m~0.6m from the floor. Detectors that detect toxic gases with a specific gravity greater than air should be close to the leak point, and their installation height should be 0.3m~0.6m from the floor.

2.Detectors that detect flammable or toxic gases with a specific gravity smaller than air should be installed 0.5m~2m higher than the release source.

3.The detector should be installed in a place with no impact, vibration, strong electromagnetic field interference, and easy maintenance. There should be a clearance of not less than 0.5m and an access passage between the location where the probe is installed and the surrounding pipelines or equipment.
